Mobile Field Hospital is developed as a comprehensive working platform of emergency medical rescue for disaster relief in peace time and field operation in war time. The main task of the system is to save life at first place and provide timely medical treatment to the wounded. The system could also provide ordinary medical services to the public in remote areas and reduce the mortality and disability rate in disaster relief. The system can run independently and feature by the self-endurance capability, modularity, flexibility, durable operationally and its strong scalability to complex road conditions and extreme environment.
SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
- To examine the wounded and classify them to determine whether they
should be treated on the spot or should be transferred;
- First aid treatment, emergent operation, early treatment and image diagnosis;
- Clinical tests on biochemistry, hematology and bacteriology;
- Cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments;
- Supply of medicinal materials, dispensing of prescription, blood supply and
blood matching;
- Technical supports of water, electricity, medical gas, air-conditioning, etc.
- Temporary hospitalization and medical treatment of the sick and wounded.
(The following operation capacities are all calculated on the basis of 12 hours
one day.)
- 2×surgical operations (one of which can be used as the obstetric table)
- 2×first aid beds (or four ICU beds)
- Number of patients passing: 100 people per day
- 20 cases of large, medium and small surgical operations per day
- First aid: 15 cases per day
- X-ray diagnosis: 100 cases per day
- ECG diagnosis: each 30 cases per day
- Number of hospitalization: 30 patients with minor injuries
